The Meneghello Industrial Group Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of 6’1 Canadian Forward Kim Pierre-Louis for the 2026 NBL1 West Season!
“I’m feeling excited about this incredible opportunity to sign with the Wolves. It feels like playing in Australia has been a long time coming. I’m focused on bringing a positive attitude and intense physical energy on both ends of the court this season! Watch out for thunderous high-energy plays.
“I’m a skilled shooter on multiple levels, I can score inside, mid-range and hit that three. I bring absolute chaos to the defence. My teammates will benefit from my scoring, passing out of traps, fast break action, screening and rebounding. I can’t wait to get out there.”
Kim most recently took part in the 2025 Southeast Asian Games in Thailand, with the Indonesian team winning gold in the Women’s 3×3 Tournament. She has also previously played for the Indonesian National Team in the 2025 FIBA Women’s Asia Cup, averaging 15 points and 7 rebounds across four games. 2025 marked the third time Kim represented Indonesian on the international stage, having also previously been a part of the FIBA Women’s Asia Cup in 2023 and 2021.
Pierre-Louis is a player with proven experience on the international stage, having previously played for Al Sharjah in the UAE D1, Nantes Reze Basket in France, Eiger Angels Noerdlingen in Germany, ASC Sepsi SIC Sfantu Gheorghe in Romania and Kraljevo in Serbia. Her time in Serbia during 2020 and 2021 saw Pierre-Louis voted as the All-French LF2 Honourable Mention, with Kraljevo winning the Serbian League Regular Season.
Women’s Head Coach Mitch Langford spoke on the signing of Kim ahead of the 2026 NBL1 West Season.

Kim brings a physical presence, athleticism and a willingness to do what she must for the team to succeed. The energy Kim plays with is infectious and drives the groups she plays on. She is a powerhouse of one percenters and has a wild knack for finding a way to the rim, creating for others through on balls and turning defensive stops into offence with her ability to play in the open court.
