The Chambers Franklyn City of Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of US Guard, Darien Huff for the 2024 NBL1 West season.
Darien is a fierce competitor and two-way threat on the basketball court. Averaging 29 minutes per game in NCAA Division 1 college for the Charleston Cougars. Darien established herself as player who can knock down the 3 at an efficient rate and pick the pockets of her opponents, averaging 1.6 steals per game in her senior year.
Darien’s professional playing career started in 2019, playing for the Krofdorf Knights in Germany where she averaged an impressive 18.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Darien later signed with the Gisa Lions in Germany’s top basketball league (DBBL) in 2020. After her time in Germany Darien signed with Mark Basket Marbo Kinna in Sweden’s’ top league where she posted averages of 13.3 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.
Darien is a player that impacts winning on every level, which is exemplified by her most recent playing stop in Portugal for powerhouse club Benfica. Through 2022-2023 Darien helped her team win three championships: the Super Cup, Victor Hugo Cup, and the Federation Cup.

To have a player in our fold that is more than capable as an individual but also helps set the tone of the team with competitiveness and ferocity is a great addition to our team for 2024.”

The Wolfpack can expect from me to work hard, put up some 3’s and give the Joondalup team my all in whatever they need me to do on the court. I’m Excited to come to Australia!”
