The Meneghello Industrial Group Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of Wolves Junior Ananya Tushir ahead of the 2026 NBL1 West Season!
“Signing with the Wolves is very special to me, the Wolves have always been my second home. It’s such an exciting opportunity and I’m grateful for the chance to be a part of such a great program. I’m looking forward to developing my game, competing and contributing to the team however I can.
“I want to bring high energy, competitiveness and a strong work ethic this season. I want to be someone who works hard, lifts my teammates up and helps create a positive team environment.
“Fans can expect high energy, competitiveness and someone who will give everything for the team. I am really excited to represent the Wolves and play in front of the best fans in the League this season.”
Working hard in the offseason to secure her spot with The Pack for the 2026 Season, Ananya joins our NBL1 Women’s Squad after playing for our Open Women’s WABL Team in 2025. During her time with the Wolves in our WABL Program, Ananya has scored over 560 points, including 130 3-pointers.
We look forward to seeing Ananya grow on the court during her first season with the Wolfpack.
Women’s Head Coach Mitch Langford spoke on the signing of Ananya ahead of the NBL1 West Season.
“I’m absolutely stoked for Ananya to get her first NBL1 contract this year, she has worked extremely hard all offseason towards this opportunity, and we know she won’t stop now. It’s great to be able to promote another Wolves junior into the NBL1 program!”
Ananya is our thirteenth Women’s player signed ahead of the 2026 NBL1 West Season. To follow all the upcoming NBL1 West and Wolves Action, head to the Wolfpack’s Facebook and Instagram Pages.
