The Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the re-signing of junior Keisha Chng for the 2025 NBL1 West Season.
An important player for the future of our Women’s NBL1 Team, Keisha brings a new level of speed on the court whether in offense of defence, allowing her to contribute to all areas of the game. Alongside her speed, Chng is also a great shooting threat from outside the perimeter.
2024 was a year of growth for Keisha, as she managed more valuable minutes on the court and played the most games of her NBL1 career. The upcoming season will no doubt give Keisha a chance to grow even further, gaining more experience both on and off the court.
We look forward to watching Keisha as she continues to grow and get more minutes in our NBL1 side and cannot wait to see what she achieves this season.
Speaking on the re-signing, Women’s Head Coach Jesse Pence said, “We are thrilled to have Keisha return with us in 2025. She is so dynamic and athletic and has proven to be a force in D-League for several years running. We look forward to her continued growth and we are excited to see her take her next steps on the NBL1 stage this season!”
When asked how it feels to continue with the Wolfpack for the 2025 season, Keisha said, “I’m excited to be back with the Pack this year. This team feels like home, and I’ve put in a lot of work during the offseason to come back stronger. I know what this team is about, and I’m ready to contribute at a higher level this year.
I’m looking forward to proving myself and earning impactful minutes. I want to show how much I’ve grown as a player and help the team in any way I can. Competing at a high level and pushing my teammates every day is something I take pride in. I’m also excited to grow as a team and prioritize culture and togetherness.
I’m confident I can bring energy, defence, and smart decision-making on the floor. Whether it’s locking in on defence, making the right plays, or bringing intensity off the bench, I want to be a difference-maker. I believe I can be a reliable asset to the team and step up when my number is called.”
