The Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of Wolves junior Mya Haley for the 2025 NBL1 West Season.
Mya was named the 2024 WABL Female Player of the Year after several impressive performances for the Joondalup Wolves. As a testament to her hard work throughout last year’s WABL season, Mya has been elevated to our 2025 NBL1 Women’s Squad.
Throughout her time with the Wolves, Mya has played over 75 games and scored over 860 points over her WABL career.
We look forward to seeing Mya grow on and off the court over the 2025 NBL1 West Season.
Speaking on the signing, Women’s Head Coach Jesse Pence said, “Mya Haley is a very talented player that will join our ranks this year. We have been quite impressed with her for a few years, and we look forward to her transition from our WABL program to our Senior Women’s Program in 2025. She’s always playing hard, and that consistency at a young age will propel her for years to come!”
When asked how it feels to Run with the Pack for the 2025 season, Mya said, “I’ve grown up from grassroots and watched many great players take the court. I’m so excited to experience the unrivalled support from the Wolfpack. Fans can expect to see me putting in 110 percent every game and show casing my desire to win. Which I do through my aggressive nature.”
