Get your squad together these July school holidays for the inaugural Northern Basketball Cup — a brand-new tournament with fewer restrictions and more opportunities to just play.

There are no WABL points, no strict eligibility rules, and altered age groups designed to let you team up with your friends. Each team is guaranteed at least three games, with the top teams advancing to a grand final to battle it out for the title of NBC Champion.

Whether you’re in it for fun or chasing the trophy, the NBC is your chance to hit the court and be part of something fresh this winter break.

Age Groups – Boys and Girls

Under 13’s	Must be no older than 12
Under 15’s	No older than 14
Under 17’s	No older than 16
Under 19’s	No older than 18

*The WBA reserves the right to combine age groups based on nominations received.

Times: first game from 9am

Cost: $210 per team

Format:  4 x 8 minute quarters, last 2 minutes of each half fully timed
