To help the ongoing development of our officials, the WBA is running Referee Education sessions that focus on different aspects of what officials deal with on and off the court.

Each session will focus on one topic and be a social catch-up for the referees to get together and discuss their development.

These sessions are available to all Junior Domestic, Senior Domestic, and WABL officials for free.

OUR NEXT SESSION – 14/03/24 – Communication

This session will help explain how and when the best times are to communicate with players, coaches and officials during a match. This session will also be joined by a special guest to give a coaches perspective on the importance of communication. Come join us on Thursday the 14th of March, 6:00 – 8:00 pm, in the Wolves Den at HBF Arena.
